If agents have sent you an payment update link email and you haven't received it, and are using Gmail, kindly copy and paste the following text below into your Gmail search bar:
in:anywhere "Update your payment method for BB Company"
We have observed that Gmail hides spam & trash emails from your Gmail search by default. You have to specially use the query in:anywhere to see results from folders like spam and trash.
If you are using other email providers, please manually check your spam/junk folder by opening the folder and scrolling through (avoid using just the search bar).
