Orders paid using a Credit or Debit Card
If you are facing issues updating or changing the payment card for your subscription orders, it might be due to a mismatch between your order billing address and the address registered with your payment card provider or due to lack of funds or credit.
- Check the order billing address' country to ensure that it matches the country registered for your payment card. This is because our payment processor checks this criteria in order to allow the card to pass.
- Ensure that the card has sufficient funds and is not getting blocked by the bank.
- Check with the financial institution that provided the payment card to ensure that they are not blocking the request or transaction.
Orders paid via Paypal
If you are making payment via PayPal, you will need to change the payment method within your PayPal account.
In some instances, we may request that you cancel your current subscription and sign up again using your preferred new payment method.
