How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped with their respective order tracking numbers.
You’ll be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can check its whereabouts at all times. Be sure to check your spam folder and whitelist the domain "thebbco.com" so you can receive order-tracking emails.

How long does it take to process my order?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is received so if you need any order details updated, let us know immediately via chat. Whether it's the same or on the next business day depends on the time of your order. Your parcel typically leave our warehouse within 12 hours of receiving your order.
This happens in 95% of cases. Please note that due to matters out of our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases. If you order on the weekend, your order might be processed on the NEXT business day. Orders are NOT processed and fulfilled by our warehouse on North American public holidays and weekends.
What do you do to 'process my order'?
Curious about what happens when your order is being procesed? Here's what happens in a nutshell.
- Verifying Your Order: We check the order details, including the items you’ve chosen and the shipping address.
- Checking Inventory: We make sure the products are in stock.
- Processing Payment: During this step, we verify your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) to ensure everything is in order. Orders can get rejected by a fraud prevention system or your bank at this stage to protect you from financial harm. Look out for notification emails after ordering.
- Picking and Packing: We select the items from our inventory and securely pack them.
- Creating Shipping Labels: We generate shipping labels and prepare the package for delivery.
- Shipping: Finally, we hand over the order to the shipping carrier for delivery. 😊🛒📦
When should I expect my delivery if I am located in The Contiguous United States or Canada?
This depends on the shipping service you choose, as well as your location. Please keep in mind that once the parcel leaves our warehouse we don’t have any control over when it will arrive. Sometimes it’s super fast and other times it can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
We have 2 options you can choose from. Here are the details you need to select your preferred shipping option:
#1: Regular shipping
On average, it takes 7 to 14 days for your package to arrive once processed, depending on your location but shipments can arrive much sooner. You can track your package every step of the way.
#2: Expedited shipping (Not available for Canada)
If you opted for expedited shipping when placing your order, it generally takes 2 to 5 business days for your package to arrive once it is processed, depending on your location. You can track your package every step of the way.
How long do you take for international shipping outside of The Contiguous United States or Canada?
Deliveries to international destinations outside the Contiguous United States typically arrive within 2 to 6 weeks, although it’s possible for them to arrive even sooner.
We know that sometimes, things just can't wait. While we currently do not offer Express International Shipping, we are working with our logistics partners to make this possible for you.
Please note that once your parcel leaves our warehouse, the exact arrival time is beyond our control.
The delivery speed can vary as it depends on several factors related to the carrier such as traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, incorrect addresses and/or customs processes in your country of residence.
While we try to reach customers everywhere on the globe, there are still restrictions to some countries due to regulatory requirements for food and supplement products or logistic challenges. Please check our list of restricted destinations to find out if we are able to deliver our products to you.
These factors and others not listed can significantly affect the prompt delivery of packages, and unfortunately, are not within our ability to influence. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
We work incredibly hard to get your parcel to you quickly, but because we ship with third party carriers once it’s with the courier it is out of our hands.
So we just need to wait. However, we rarely experience any significant delays. If you believe that your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender or missing please contact us on our website or via Facebook Messenger DM to our dedicated customer service team. So we can provide the fastest possible response, please provide your order number, email address, and the exact name used for your order.
All email queries will be responded to within 12 hours. However, you will likely receive a response much faster on weekdays.
Whilst we endeavor to provide assistance super fast, we will not tolerate service abuse or customers who send three new messages or more within a day regarding the same matter. Doing so will trigger spam protection, causing your emails to be quarantined and unattended.
I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?
We want to make sure you receive your BB Company products ASAP, so make sure you enter the correct shipping address and right contact name of the person who will be able to receive it at the time of purchase. This is your responsibility.
If you make a mistake, or things change, contact us via webchat or via Facebook Messenger DM immediately and we may be able to modify your order. We can’t make any promises, as we process and ship our orders as fast as possible, but we’ll do our best for you!
If the order has been shipped out or fulfilled, please note that shipping a new product to your desired address is entirely at our discretion. We will not provide a reason for denying reshipments.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under our Money-Back Guarantee. In the case of a refund, you will receive refunds on the price paid for the product purchase only.
Customs and Import Charges
For orders outside of The United States of America, your local customs office may charge handling fees and taxes upon arrival of your order. In some instances, this is included as part of your checkout price. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Your local customs office can sometimes hold the clearance of your package until customs duties are paid. We recommend checking with your local customs office for current tax and import charges before you order to avoid unexpected costs and delays.
BB Company has no control over these charges and we do not have an estimate of these costs as local taxes, customs policies, and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
Taxes, customs fees, and import charges are non-refundable as these are paid to your local government authority.
