If you purchased from Vitamin Shoppe or another retail partners, you will need to follow their return and refund policies. Each retailer has its own process, so please reach out to them directly for assistance with returns or exchanges.
Can I return an online order to a retail store?
Online purchases made through thebbco.com cannot be returned to physical retail stores. We also do not accept returns for online orders unless specifically requested.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly on thebbco.com. If you purchased your product in-store, please contact the retailer’s customer service team for support with any return or refund requests.
