Do retail purchases count toward my online rewards or loyalty points?
Purchases made at Vitamin Shoppe, Amazon, or other retail partners are handled separately from our online store. This means they do not contribute toward BB Company’s online loyalty, rewards, or subscription programs.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with a retail purchase?
If you purchased your BB Company product at a Vitamin Shoppe location or through another retailer, please contact that retailer’s customer service team directly. They will be best equipped to help you with exchanges, refunds, or store-related concerns.
The store didn’t have the product I wanted. What should I do?
If your local store is out of stock or doesn’t carry a specific product, you have two options:
- Visit thebbco.com to place an order online for the full product range.
- Ask the store staff to check inventory or request a restock of your desired product.
