Once logged in to your BB Company customer account, navigate to the "My Subscriptions" page and click on the “View Details” button on the subscription card you would like to manage.
From within the subscription's view details screen you can effectively manage your subscription.

Order Now - when clicked will proceed to process the subscription order for you immediately. Kindly note, if you just created the subscription by going through our checkout process, an order has already been placed and no action is required from your end.
- Skip Order - Skips the "next order" that is scheduled. In the above screenshot, you can see the "next order" date is September 22, 2024. A skip would apply to that order only.
NOTE: If an order has already charged for you that you wanted to skip or if you are unsure if it was processed already reach out to our support team immediately via live chat.
If you'd like to skip an order after the currently scheduled order, you can click on the "view scheduled orders" and you'll have a skip button for each individually scheduled order in the list.

Re-schedule - change the "next order" processing date. In the above screenshot, you can see the "next order" date is September 22, 2024. Clicking re-schedule allows for adjustment of this date.

Delay - delay charge date of the "next order". In the above screenshot, you can see the "next order" date is September 22, 2024. Clicking the delay button, will give you options to choose from for the delay time period to apply to the September 22nd order.

View scheduled orders - future subscription orders and the dates they'll charge. You also have the option to skip on each individual scheduled order.

View past orders - past charged order history for the subscription.

Edit your product - change the item that will be delivered to you on the "next order" date.

Edit your shipping address
IMPORTANT: If you'll be using the same address for all future subscriptions, make sure you also check the box to "Apply this shipping address to all subscriptions" to use the address as your account's default shipping address.
Otherwise, future orders will be sent to the default address you've designated previously for your account. If changes are needed to the shipping address on an already charged order reach out to our customer support team immediately via live chat.

Update Or Change Payment Method
As of September 2, 2024 customers can directly update their payment method from within their subscription.
To update:
1. Locate the 'Payment Details' box near the bottom of the page and click on the "update" button.
2. Fill out your details.
3. Click the "Update Card" button
To change:
- Locate the 'Payment Details' box near the bottom of the page and click on the "Change" button.
- Select the payment method you'd like to use as your subscription's default payment method from the list shown. The default will have the black check mark icon on it as shown below.
- If needed you can add a new card or close the Change section's side panel.
Product Recommendations
The product recommendations panel will show you other products that go well with your current subscription item.
They can be easily added as either a one-time purchase or to your subscription from this page. There is no need for you as a valued customer to go through the hassle of checkout again.
To add an item to the next subscription shipment do the following:
- Click on the black plus sign icon beside the item you would like to add.
- Adjust the pack and quantity options.
- Set the purchase option. If you want it only that month, select "add one-time". If you want it each month you get your subscription, select the "auto-subscription" option. Note: the discount percentage may change based on promotional offerings.
- Click the "Add" button.
