For Credit or Debit Card Payments
If you're having trouble updating or changing your card for subscription orders, it may be due to:
- A mismatch between your billing address and the address on file with your card provider.
- Insufficient funds or a credit limit issue.
- A block placed by your card-issuing bank.
To resolve this:
- Double-check that your billing country matches the country registered to your payment card.
- Ensure the card has enough available funds or credit.
- Contact your bank to make sure they're not blocking the transaction. If they are, request they whitelist charges from us.
For PayPal Payments
- Any changes to your payment method must be made within your PayPal account settings.
In some cases, we may kindly ask you to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe using your updated payment method.
