How to Redeem Points
Once you’ve collected enough points, go to “Ways to Redeem” in your account. You’ll see all available rewards:
Redeem for Store Credit
- 100 points = $1
Redeem for Product Coupons
- 1 Free Bottle (worth $53) = 5,300 points
- 2 Free Bottles (worth $98) = 9,800 points
- 3 Free Bottles (worth $127) = 12,700 points
Once redeemed, a code will appear on your screen.
Using Your Coupon Code
For One-Time Purchases:
- Visit our Shop page.
- Select a product, choose “One-Time Purchase”, and add to cart.
- At checkout, paste your code into the Discount Code field and click Apply.
For Subscription Orders:

Important Points to Keep in Mind
⚠️ Important: Coupons cannot be restrospectively applied to orders that have already been placed. Points and coupons are valid for 6 months. The expiration date will be visible in your account.
ℹ️ Note: Codes may take 15–45 minutes to activate. If using on a subscription, contact us ahead of the next charge date.
⚠️ Important: Codes are tied to the redemption choice. If you redeem for 3 bottles but order only 2, the 3rd bottle is forfeited.
- Referral Rewards: Friends must use your referral link. They get a discount, and you earn a free bottle code.
- One Code per Order: You can only use one coupon code per one-time order.
- Duplicate Accounts: Points from social actions or birthdays on unused/no-purchase accounts cannot be transferred or refunded.
