Once logged in to your BB Company customer account, navigate to the "My Subscriptions" page and click on the “View Details” button on the subscription card you would like to manage.
From within the subscription's view details screen you can effectively manage your subscription.
- Order Now – Immediately processes the order. No action needed if you've just created a subscription through checkout.

Skip Order – Skips the next scheduled order (e.g., September 22, 2024).
⚠️ Important: If an order has already been charged and you intended to skip it, or if you are unsure, please contact support immediately via live chat.
- Re-schedule – Change the next order date.
- Delay – Postpone the charge date of the next order.
- View scheduled orders – View and skip any upcoming scheduled order.
- View past orders – Review historical subscription charges.
- Edit your product – Modify which product will ship next.

Edit your shipping address
⚠️ Important: If you want this new address to apply to all future subscriptions, be sure to check the box "Apply this shipping address to all subscriptions". Otherwise, orders will ship to the previous default address. If an order has already been charged, contact support immediately to update the address.

Update Or Change Payment Method
As of September 2, 2024, customers can directly update their payment method from within their subscription settings.
To update:
- Locate the 'Payment Details' box near the bottom of the page and click "update".
- Enter your payment information.
- Click "Update Card".
To change:
- Locate the 'Payment Details' box and click "Change".
- Select your preferred payment method. The current default is marked with a black checkmark.
- You may add a new card or close the panel if no changes are needed.
Product Recommendations
The product recommendations panel shows you additional items that pair well with your subscription product.
Easily add products as a one-time purchase or recurring item. No additional checkout is needed.
To add a product:
- Click the black plus icon beside the desired item.
- Adjust the quantity and pack options.
- Choose purchase type:
- Add one-time – for a one-time purchase
- Auto-subscription – to receive it monthly
⚠️ Important: Discount percentages may vary based on promotional offerings.
- Click the "Add" button.
Differentiating an Australian Subscription From a Global Subscription
Customers in Australia can now subscribe to locally produced Australian variants for some of our products. These are both produced in and shipped from Australia.
Australian and Global subscriptions can be held by the same customer. To tell the difference between the two from within your subscription list in your customer account, simply refer to the currency listed.
AUD priced Australian subscriptions are Australian produced and fulfilled.
USD priced Global subscriptions are American produced and fulfilled.
If an Australian customer wants to swap to the AU versions of available products, look for the (AU) label after the product name and perform the swap using the usual method.
⚠️ Important: Our tech team is currently fixing a bug in the swap side-panel affecting Australian customer accounts. During the swap, it may incorrectly show the price in USD temporarily.
However, once the swap is finalized the correct AUD pricing will be displayed.
