It is recommended to sign up for a personal account to manage your orders and Subscribe and Save subscriptions.
If you've already successfully placed an order before account creation, you should receive an account invite email automatically. However, if for some reason you didn't receive one or may have missed it our agents can have it resent to you.
We also recommend signing up for our optional rewards program before placing an order with us. You can find out how to sign up for a rewards account here.
Creating a customer account
To get your BB Company account, click on this link to visit the account creation page.
Fill in all details for your account keeping the following in mind:
- The first name will be used for all communication. This includes interactions with customer support, promotional emails from us, newsletter greetings, and automated order updates. We ask that customers refrain from using derogatory words or statements.
- Make sure you enter your email address correctly to receive the account validation email. You can expect it in your inbox within 10 minutes. You will need to click on the confirmation link to validate the account before you will be able to login. If it has been over 10 minutes since clicking on the sign up button, kindly check your email client's SPAM or TRASH folder.
- Make sure you remember the password you create in this form. Customer support cannot see this password or give you hints to assist you with accessing the account. If you forget your password, you can request a password reset email by using the "forgot password" link.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided to validate the address. You can expect see our email in your inbox within 10 minutes where you will need to click on the confirmation link. Sometimes, our emails end up in your spam folder so check there if you do not see it in your inbox.
