It is possible that sometimes customers accidentally add extra products to their orders without realizing it. If this has happened to you, we kindly ask you not to dispute the charges with your bank. Doing so can take up to 75 days for you to receive your refund depending on your bank.
Instead, we recommend reaching out to us directly. You can do this by submitting a request form with the email subject "Upgrade Cancellation" and letting us know which bottles you would like to have removed from your order.
Once we receive your email, our customer service team will prioritize your ticket and ensure the extra items are removed and refunded before your order is shipped.
