You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. To cancel an order that has not entered the shipping process, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Your Orders page on Amazon.
- From the order's list, locate the order that you want to cancel.
- Click “View or edit order” as shown below:
- Afterwards, click on “Cancel items.”
- Check box of the item that you want to cancel from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all the items.
- Choose a reason for the cancellation and select Request cancellation.
- Confirm cancellation by clicking "Cancel selected items in this order."
