For Payments made through PayPal:
Refunds are immediate and will reflect on your PayPal balance in real-time.
Note that if you used PayPal eCheck, it may take up to 7 business or more to clear as estimated by PayPal. PayPal can only refund you after the eCheck is cleared. Kindly contact us if your eCheck has not cleared and failed to refund.
As the delay is outside our control, we generally recommend to avoid using eCheck, and to use PayPal balance or credit card instead.
For Credit and Debit Transactions:
Processing varies depending on your card issuing bank’s turnaround time. This can range anywhere between 5-10 banking days before it’s reflected in your bank statement.
For Chargebacks/Disputes:
We highly recommend to avoid opening chargebacks and to contact us first. A chargeback can delay your refund potentially by 75 days, depending on your bank as they review the case.
Nonetheless, if you've opened a chargeback and resolved in your favor, your funds would be refunded to your bank. You'd need to contact your bank to advise on your chargeback case; most banks would send an email/letter confirming the chargeback was filed with your case number.
