You will need to log into your Account Management page to manage your subscriptions.
If you have not done so before, ⇨ Click Here To Register to gain access to your account.
Once you are logged in, you can navigate to "My subscriptions". You should then see this account page:
Click on the “View Details” button to open that subscription’s details. If you have more than one subscription, they will be listed on this page.
The option to cancel your subscription can be found at the bottom of the page:
After selecting the “Cancel Subscription” option, you will be prompted to select your reason for cancellation. Your response will help us improve our products and services.
Select an option that best matches your reason and then click "Proceed" to finalize your cancellation.
You will receive an automated email confirming the cancellation.
The status of your subscription will also update to "cancelled" on both the subscription list page and the View Details page.
