Orders are typically sent to our fulfillment centre to be packed and shipped within 5 hours of being ordered. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled, you may be able to cancel it through your personal order status page. You can find the link to this page in your order confirmation email and allows you to manage your order easily.
🛒 Steps to Cancel Your Order:
- Open the confirmation email you received from BB Company.
- Click the link that says “Visit your order status page.”
- Log in using your email address and order number.
- Check the order. If your order has not been fulfilled, you’ll see a Cancel button.
- Click Cancel to stop the order from being processed.
⚠️ Important: If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refunds and Cancellations policy for the next steps.
